Endometriosis Awareness   Print House Ltd

Posters and Leaflets Endometriosis Waikato is a registered Charitable Trust working collaboratively to empower women with endometriosis through raising awareness and providing information, education and support.
Affecting an estimated one in five women and teenage girls, endometriosis is very common, and can dramatically impair quality of life.
The average time from first symptoms to diagnosis (in New Zealand and overseas) is a staggering 10 years - often because women 'normalise' the pain until it becomes overwhelming. Diagnosis often takes longer for teens. Women need to recognise that painful periods are not normal and ask their GP for a referral to a gynaecologist specialising in endometriosis.
Endometriosis Awareness week was marked during the first week of March this year and in conjunction with this an awareness fun walk was held around Hamilton Lake, co-ordinated by Endometriosis Waikato.
All funds raised from the fun walk will be used to support and extend community services.
Print House are pleased to be supporting the fun walk with sponsorship for the design and print of A3 and A4 posters and registration forms.
Annette Evans from Endometriosis Waikato said, "Print House have been fantastic! We are thrilled with the eye-catching artwork design and print quality, and staff are always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for supporting our Walk for Awareness which will improve outcomes for women with endometriosis."
