Welcome to issue 64 of Printing Plus - bringing you news from Print House, profiling print projects and introducing some of our amazing clients.
At Print House we are always keen to introduce new technology with a view to expanding our product range and offering the best choices possible to our clients.
Video-in-Print® (ViP™) technology is the latest in a line of products we are now able to offer. This is truly leading edge technology!
That's right, we can now present your message on a mini TV screen that is embedded into print material and provides a revolutionary new way to communicate.
The applications for this technology are limitless and almost every industry and business sector could benefit from using Video-in-Print®.
This unique technology has been developed and patented by Los Angeles based innovators, Americhip®. They have simply combined TV, Radio, Internet and Print into one extremely powerful and easy to use application.
After reaching agreement with Americhip® President, Kevin Clegg, I was pleased to secure the exclusive distribution rights for their ViP™ and multisensory products in New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.
This exciting technology can be adapted for a range of products including point of sale, books, magazine inserts, brochures, profiles - in fact, if it can be printed, it can also now include video content!
Partnering with a future driven company whose client base extends to many of the companies on the American Fortune 500 list is a significant achievement for Print House and we are very proud to have been chosen by Americhip to distribute their technology.
If you would like to know more about Americhip® visit their website, www.americhip.com or see page 9.
It is almost twelve months since we launched www.thebestlittlebookstore.co.nz which has proved to be an interesting and rewarding project.
Two of the books most recently printed and listed on the website are profiled in this issue - Pricks, Losers and Well Poisoners by Dr Steven Saunders (the not so politically correct book); and The Whole Hole by Barbara Pine, a unique story book with fabulous illustrations.
Other profiles in this issue include a young enterprise project by a group of Waikato Diocesan School students and local engineering/manufacturing company, Transport and General Engineering.
I hope you enjoy this issue and also look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in learning more about our range of ViP™ and multisensory products.
Yours in print,
Brett Phillips, CEO of Print House
